How to access the service?

Once you've completed the form, a doctor will call you to provide a medical assessment.

    Fill in the form to request an appointment and select your preferred method, either a video conference or by phone.

  • 2Talk to a doctor

    Once your request is submitted online, you will be connected to a GP via your preferred method.

  • 3Get answers to your medical questions

    Ask as many questions as you need to and our doctor will provide professional medical advice. If needed, they will provide on-going treatment on how to improve your condition.

What we don't treat: Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell infant.
